7. 如何预防皮肤压伤?
(1)可以选择宽边的口罩,局部压力会比较小;
(2)尽量选择系带式口罩,而不用耳挂式的,压力也会小一些;
(3)皮肤比较敏感的人使用前一定要阅读说明书,发现有容易导致皮肤过敏的成分要避免使用;
(4)戴口罩每2-3个小时以后,适度变换口罩佩戴的位置;
(5)在经常受压的部位,如鼻部、面颊、耳廓后面,提前使用一些预防性的材料减轻压力。

(1) Wear masks with wide border as they have reduced pressure on the face;
(2) Choose tie-on masks instead of masks with ear loops as the former is less tight;
