2021年4月27日0—24时，全省新增无症状感染者0例，转确诊0例，解除隔离0例，尚在集中隔离医学观察的无症状感染者1例（境外输入，来自4月19日巴基斯坦伊斯兰堡—武汉CZ8140航班），尚在集中隔离医学观察的密切接触者187例（其中2例为3月15日巴基斯坦伊斯兰堡—武汉CZ8140航班无症状感染者的密切接触者，1例为3月22日巴基斯坦伊斯兰堡—武汉CZ8140航班确诊病例和无症状感染者的密切接触者,1例为4月5日巴基斯坦伊斯兰堡—武汉CZ8140航班确诊病例的密切接触者，1例为4月12日巴基斯坦伊斯兰堡—武汉CZ8140航班确诊病例的密切接触者，182例为4月19日巴基斯坦伊斯兰堡—武汉CZ8140航班确诊病例和无症状感染者的密切接触者）。

Update information on COVID-19 cases in Hubei on April 27, 2021

No new case of COVID-19 was found in Hubei on April 27. Yesterday saw no new suspected case, discharged case or death.

No asymptomatic case was found in Hubei on April 27. No asymptomatic case developed to the c0nfirmed one. No patient had been discharged from quarantine. One asymptomatic patient was under medical quarantine （an inbound passenger on Flight CZ8140 from Islamabad, Pakistan to Wuhan on April 19）. 187 close contacts were under medical quarantine （two were close contacts of the asymptomatic patients on Flight CZ8140 from Islamabad, Pakistan to Wuhan on March 15; one was the close contact of the c0nfirmed patient and asymptomatic patient on Flight CZ8140 from Islamabad, Pakistan to Wuhan on March 22; one was the close contact of the c0nfirmed patients on Flight CZ8140 from Islamabad, Pakistan to Wuhan on April 5; one was the close contact of the c0nfirmed patients on Flight CZ8140 from Islamabad, Pakistan to Wuhan on April 12; 182 were close contacts of the c0nfirmed patient and asymptomatic patient on Flight CZ8140 from Islamabad, Pakistan to Wuhan on April 19）.

There are five c0nfirmed cases （inbound passengers on Flight CZ8140 from Islamabad, Pakistan to Wuhan on April 5, 12 and 19 respectively） and no suspected case. As of 24:00, April 27, a total of 63,640 patients were cured and discharged from the hospital. 4,512 people died of the disease. A total of 68,157 cumulative c0nfirmed cases of COVID-19 had been reported in Hubei province.
