第三届中国国际供应链博览会于2025年7月16日至20日在北京举办，主题为“连接世界，共享未来”。本届博览会聚焦先进制造、清洁能源、智能网联汽车、数字科技、健康生活、绿色农业六大重点供应链，以及一个供应链服务展区。展会吸引了来自75个国家和地区的651家企业和机构参展。其中，海外参展商占比35%，较去年提升3个百分点。主要看点如下：

 

The third China International Supply Chain Expo was held from July 16 to 20, 2025 in Beijing under the theme “Connecting the World for a Shared Future.” The event focuses six major supply chains––Advanced Manufacturing, Clean Energy, Smart Vehicles, Digital Technology, Healthy Living, and Green Agriculture––as well as a Supply Chain Service area. It has attracted 651 companies and institutions from 75 countries and regions. Overseas exhibitors account for 35 percent, a three-percentage-point increase from last year. Here are some key highlights:  

 

（一）《北京倡议》

I. Beijing Initiative

来自100多个国家、地区和国际组织的1100余名代表出席了开幕式。开幕式上，国际社会有关成员与中国国际贸易促进委员会（CCPIT）联合发布了《北京倡议》。

Over 1,100 representatives from more than 100 countries, regions, and international organizations attended the opening ceremony, where the “Beijing Initiative” was jointly released by members of the international community and CCPIT.

 

该倡议呼吁全球工商界维护产业链供应链稳定，支持多边贸易体制，培育开放合作的国际环境；同时强调维护多边主义，支持以世界贸易组织（WTO）为基础的贸易框架，打造公平可预期的市场，并破除贸易投资壁垒。

The initiative calls for the global business community to maintain the stability of industrial and supply chains, support the multilateral trading system, and foster an open and cooperative international environment. The initiative also looks at the upholding of multilateralism, supporting the WTO-based trading framework to create a fair and predictable market, and dismantling barriers to trade and investment.

 

此外，倡议还聚焦构建绿色可持续供应链，提出落实《联合国2030年可持续发展议程》、践行环保做法、推进可再生能源合作等具体方向。

Additionally, the initiative focuses on building green and sustainable supply chains by implementing the UN’s 2030 Agenda, adopting environmentally friendly practices, and advancing renewable energy cooperation.

 

（二）湖北省人形机器人产业链对接会

II. Hubei Humanoid Robotics Industry Chain Matchmaking Conference

 

在第三届中国国际供应链博览会期间，湖北人形机器人产业链对接会在北京举行，主题为“链动创新前沿，赋能新质未来”。

The Hubei Humanoid Robotics Industry Chain Matchmaking Conference was held during the 3rd China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) in Beijing, with the theme “Synergizing Cutting-Edge Innovations, Empowering New Quality Productive Forces.”

 

来自湖北的20余家上下游企业集中展出了80余件展品，其中包括20台全自主人形机器人，凸显了湖北完整的机器人产业生态。该“湖北省人性机器人供应链展区”是本届链博会唯一的人形机器人专属展区，也是全场最热闹的区域之一。

Over 20 up- and downstream companies from Hubei showcased over 80 exhibits, including 20 fully-integrated humanoid robots, highlighting the province’s complete robotics industry ecosystem. The Hubei Humanoid Robotics Supply Chain Pavilion was the only dedicated humanoid robotics zone at this year’s CISCE, and one of the busiest areas on the entire show floor.

 

从被称为“电子皮肤”的触觉传感器（现场演示中，机械臂轻柔夹起一块豆腐），到全身动作捕捉系统、AI操作系统、导航芯片、精密轴承等展品，全方位揭秘了人形机器人产业的技术内核。

From tactile sensors nicknamed “electronic skin,” demonstrated by a robotic arm tenderly picking up a piece of tofu, to full-body motion capture systems, AI operating platforms, navigation chips and precision bearings, the exhibits unveiled the inner workings of the humanoid robotics industry.

 

（三）英伟达首次参展

III. Nvidia participating for the first time

 

英伟达创始人兼首席执行官黄仁勋并未身着其标志性的皮夹克，而是一袭唐装亮相，在第三届链博会开幕式上发表中文演讲，引发广泛关注。与此同时，英伟达的展位也迅速成为媒体与参展商的热门“打卡点”，首日便跃升为展会“顶流”。

Donning a Tang suit instead of his iconic leather coat jacket, Nvidia’s founder and CEO Jensen Huang delivered a speech in Chinese at the opening ceremony, drawing significant attention. Meanwhile, Nvidia’s booth became an instant hit among media and exhibitors, making it the “hot check-in spot” on the first day of the expo.

 

在英伟达展台，一只可爱灵巧的机器狗正在表演舞狮，吸引了大批观众围观。这只机器狗搭载了英伟达的“计算单元”，相当于其“大脑”与“神经系统”，使其能够感知周围环境并完成各类动作。

At Nvidia’s booth, a cute and agile robotic dog was performing a lion dance, drawing a large crowd of spectators. The robotic dog is equipped with Nvidia’s “computing unit,” which serves as its brain and nervous system, enabling it to perceive its surroundings and perform various actions.

 

在第三届链博会开幕式演讲中，黄仁勋宣布解除对中国出国H20芯片的限制，这一举措正是中国市场“高度期待”的。他还表示，中国的开源人工智能是全球进步的催化剂，为每个国家和行业提供了参与AI革命的机会。开源同样是AI安全的关键，能够推动国际间在标准、基准与安全保障等领域的合作。

In his speech at the opening ceremony of the third CISCE, Huang announced the lift of the H20 restriction, is “highly anticipated” by the Chinese market. He also said China’s open-source AI is a catalyst for global progress, giving every country and industry a chance to join the AI revolution. Open-source is also key to AI safety, enabling international cooperation on standards, benchmarks and safeguards.
